Mr. Shanaman currently serves on the Board of Morgan Stanley Bank and has held Directorships with Lombard Investments, a San Francisco private equity company, Zevex International now part of Moog, Western Electronics, TruVision, Ceramatec, and The Wayne Brown Institute. Mr. Shanaman was a Founding Partner of Utah Venture Partners and is a member of NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors).

Jeff Clark is the Chairman & CEO of J.D. Clark & Company, a hedge fund accounting, advisory and administrative services company. He was formerly the VP of Finance of Cascade Funds & Rainier Partners (specialized investment funds), and former CFO of Genesee funds, a multi - manager hedge fund - of - funds. Mr. Clark is also managing director of Praesideo Management LLC, a hedge fund - of - funds.

Fran Harvey served as the 19th Secretary of the Army from November 2004 to March 2007. Just prior to becoming Secretary, Dr. Harvey served on several corporate boards including three portfolio companies of the Carlyle Group where he was the vice chairman of the board for two of these companies. Dr. Harvey spent most of his career with Westinghouse Electric Corporation, which he joined in 1969 as a Senior Engineer and retired from in 1997 as the Chief Operating Officer of the Industries and Technology Group.
