New Name To More Accurately Position Company's Secure Communications Software & Service Offerings Under Single Name, Unified Brand.

SALT LAKE CITY - March 19, 2007 - Transparient, Inc. today announced that it has changed its name to Sendside Networks, Inc. to more accurately position and brand the Company's comprehensive company - to - customer communications offering for businesses and their customers. By challenging the inherent weaknesses and functional limitations of regular SMTP - based email, Sendside Networks provides large and small organizations with a highly secure, intelligent, communications and network infrastructure, which gives businesses the ability to send information directly to their customers and interact with them in a way not possible today via traditional email.
