Sendside Networks Recieves $3 Million In Angel Funding

Funds in place to prepare company for commercialization & support strategic growth.

SALT LAKE CITY - November 29, 2007 - Sendside Networks, Inc. today announced it has closed $3 million in angel funding, earmarked to prepare the company for commercialization of the Sendside Network, a revolutionary, multi-faceted electronic communications network specifically designed to provide a secure, interactive communications channel for organizations and individuals alike. The funds will be used to hire key management and engineering staff, to secure the Company's intellectual property portfolio, and to ensure that the systems and infrastructure are in place for the launch of Sendside's Business Solutions in Q2 2008.

"We are fortunate to have a core group of investors who understand the magnitude of the market opportunity and the role that Sendside will play in fundamentally changing the way that organizations interact and transact with their customers," said Sendside Networks Founder and CEO William Borghetti. "They're a highly motivated group and their insight and guidance is helping us deliver against strategic milestones and preparing us for our next phase of growth. This round of investment will help us achieve our vision of creating a new category of electronic communication delivered via our secure and managed network."

To date, Sendside Networks has effectively used proceeds from this round and previous seed rounds to develop a patent-pending, robust communications technology platform that has supported early Alpha testing and most recently, the launch of the Invitation-only Beta program of Sendside Personal Edition.
