Goines joins Brad Bertoch, Steve Jones & Andrew McLauchlan bringing domain expertise in the areas of technology commercialization, consumer marketing & IT security

SALT LAKE CITY - October 8, 2007 - Sendsideâ„¢ Networks, Inc., the pioneering creator of the Sendside Network - a new category of electronic communication for the secure exchange of information that matters most - today announced that it has appointed former Quicken marketing executive Mark Goines to its advisory board along with three other industry veterans. Goines joins current advisory board members Brad Bertoch, Steve Jones and Andrew McLauchlan to guide the Sendside executive team on growth and both consumer and enterprise market behavior.

Formerly, Goines served as senior vice president & general manager of the Consumer Division of Intuit including Quicken, Quicken.com, Quicken Insuranceand Quicken Mortgage. Additionally, he co-founded and was chief marketing officer at PassMark Security, an advanced authentication services provider that he helped sell to RSA in 2006. Goines today focuses on investing in technology companies and also serves on the board and as an investor in four other ventures including Credit Interlink, Nolo.com, BullRun Financial and Mint.com, a consumer online financial management company.

Currently president and member of the board of trustees at non-profit equity accelerator Wayne Brown Institute (WBI), Brad Bertoch is a nationally recognizedleader in equity-backed business development, capital formation and technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. Under his direction, WBI has established close relationships with numerous venture capital firms and developed regional conferences to match entrepreneurs with investors. Bertoch also developed the Cooperative Venturing Educational Process, the Cooperative Venturing Network and has promoted the development and deployment of the Cooperative Venturing Analyst Report.

Most recently, Steve Jones was CEO of Auction Trust Network (ATN), a service that optimizes customer relationships for online auctions and engineered theacquisition of this company in a very short period of time. Jones has more than 16 years experience as a sales and marketing executive with several technology companies both public and private. Prior to ATN, he was the founding CEO of Solera Networks and has held various sales and marketing positions at companies including Vykor, Netegrity Inc., Mosaix Inc., Novell and WordPerfect.

Andrew McLauchlan has more than 20 years experience in the finance industry, holding leadership roles in establishing the Australian/New Zealand Bank (ANZ)e-Commerce business unit. Currently, he currently resides as principal of www.443.com.au, a niche strategy and information security consultancy firm. Formerly CEO and Chairman of IdenTrust, McLauchlan led the establishment of this global leader in trusted identity solutions while also building a variety of other ecommerce companies. He is currently an Independent Director at IdenTrust representing Asia and the Pacific.
