Seasoned Venture Capital Professional Michael Levinthal Joins Sendside Networks Advisory Board

Former Altiris board member brings more than 25 years of technology venture expertise to Sendside advisory board.

SALT LAKE CITY - October 22, 2007 - Sendside Networks, Inc., the pioneering creator of the Sendside Network - a new category of electronic communication for the secure exchange of information that matters most - announced today that it has named Michael Levinthal to its advisory board. Levinthal, an independent venture capitalist, currently works and resides in Park City, Utah and brings over 26 years of venture capital investing experience to Sendside's advisory board having supported and advised the following business successes Altiris, Citrix, Concur Technologies, Heartstream, Pure Software and WebMethods among others.

He started his career in venture capital at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), where is also formed ONSET Ventures, a venture firm specializing in incubating new companies. Currently, Levinthal sits on the board of Applabs, Cirrus Data Management, Forever Young Foundation (www.foreveryoung.com), High West Distillery, Infopia (www.infopia.com), Interplast (www.interplast.org), Metricstream and 3point5. He is also a Special Limited Partner of 2X Management, a venture fund focused on growth capital opportunities in the consumer space.
